Professional desk with books and documents

Careful work. Clear communication.

Court-involved family matters require clinical insight, impartial process, and documentation that can be understood by everyone involved. Our forensic clinicians provide thoughtful evaluation and court-ordered services with a focus on professionalism, timeliness, and respect.

Custody Evaluations and Brief Focused Assessments

A comprehensive examination of the health, safety, welfare and best interest of the child/ren. A brief focused assessment is a child custody evaluation that is limited by the court in terms of its scope.

Parenting Plan Coordination (PPC)

A child-focused dispute resolution process with high conflict parties. The Parent Coordinator will facilitate the resolution of disputes in a timely manner, create and implement parenting plans to reduce further court involvement, and provide child-centered education and guidance.

Court-Ordered Counseling

Structured therapeutic services that meet the requirements of a court order while supporting family wellbeing.

Child Custody Mediation/Recommending Counseling

A process of meeting with parents and/or guardians to develop a custody and visitation schedule for the children involved. The primary objective is assisting the family in creating a schedule that best accommodates their specific needs and lifestyle. This process may be voluntary or court ordered, and recommendations will be provided to the parents, the attorneys of record and/or the court.

Coaching for Mediation/Recommending Counseling

Preparation and guidance for parents participating in mediation or recommending counseling. Our clinicians help clients understand the process, organize their thoughts, and approach sessions with clarity and focus.
